Good question.  I don't know the answer to it but I, too, have enjoyed propylhexedrine in the past.  Ingesting cotton can't be too good for your digestive system, but I've never had any bad results from cutting it up into TINY little pieces and putting those pieces into gel capsules.  The high is better than meth IME.
