is so fucking fresh when I pop these mothafuckin' beer caps off  w/ my mathafuckin lighta,they B flying off like fucking bullets!!!:eek:

seriously I could point it at you pop the fucking cap off and knock your eye out then we'll sue Samuel Adams brewing Co. for their high velocity,bullet-beer caps due to freshness!!!

its like popping Champagne corks every beer!!

exactly I need a high speed camera..ive never had beer that the fucking cap blasts off like this..it seriously could take yer eye out..it hits my ceiling hard and ricochets:lol:theres a fun factor to it though..i believe its due to the freshness of Oktoberfest since it seasonal..beer tastes damn good too:paperbag:

If they're popping off like rockets,  that beer ain't fresh.

They start brewing that shit in July.

I live in one of the hottest states and the beer doesn't do that..besisdes this has a brew date of 8/25:likeaboss:

actually im beginning to think the reason for the rocket caps is my awesome lighter bottle cap opening skills..

heres a video on how to do it although IMO this guy sucks at it..my bottle caps POP! and go flying off like champagne corks...

my roommate over the summer would pop his bottles everytime. after i moved out i learned how to use the lighter, but i only got my first two rocket pops this weekend, both were on beers that had been shaken a bit before being opened (and of course a clean opening of the bottle). shit is fucking fun yo

and ive never had oktoberfest, so ill get a sixer and try it later this week

SA's has a better color and head and a better bottle..ive never liked green bottles...the head on that beer looks thin and the color looks light

its really good IMO..very approachable..its kinda like a blue moon and boston lager mixed but a little less hoppy and more toasty...this is one of the first better beers that I tried when I was young(er)
