A new iphone is not cheap, i spent 250 on the thing. Which obviously i had no problem doing, since i broke the phone....

But, the thing is I didnt break it...... It turns out, that the night of this whole event... mimie texted my girlfriend saying I didnt break the phone, and that she just told me she did so I would leave her alone.... I find this out months later. This is the sort of person she is, she will lie to my face, and tell the truth to my girlfriend behind my back to start drama.......

So, I confront the roomate, and she admits i never broke her phone, and she was still using it. I tell her that if i didnt break her phone, i never owed her a new one, and that she pretty much just lied to me to rob me, and she owed me 250 or the phone.

so she sends the phone back, and its busted, wont even turn on. Now, she claims it never worked.... and it was fucked from the get go, but it worked when I bought it..... I had a 30 day warranty on it, but thats long expired...

She told me that she felt she didnt do anything wrong.... but thats BS to me..

Im in a difficult position... I feel she jacked me for a phone, I Think she owes me 250. And Im also in charge of the security deposit from our old house. Half of me wants to just take the cash out of the security deposit and send her back the phone. In all honesty, i dont even know if the Brick of a phone she sent me is really even the same phone I Gave her!

so, what do i do?
