That's why they smell/taste like Lavander!!! haha, really though that's probably true, cyclohexane has that soapy smooth smell.

No, it makes no sense to extract the propylhexedrine from the cotton. First of all you always lose something in an extraction and if you extract it that means you have to swallow and taste the nasty extract. The most efficient and least unpleasant way of extracting propylhexedrine is to swallow the cotton whole with a mouthful of food. you're soaking it in a solvent and [eventually] squeezing the ingredients (or what remains) out of it
could you really claim you'd be losing much, if anything at all??

everything I've read on this says to avoid eating the cotton and do an extraction - common sense also drove me toward the idea


cotton balls/sticks ARE NOT a great addition to your diet and can actually harm you when ingested

It could cause problems such as an intestinal blockage or if somehow it got stretched out possibly even worse problems. I can't really think of a way to describe what would happen if it got stretched out. Also I don't know how big these cottons are so I don't know if this applies.

blend the cotton into a smoothie? it would essentially be the same as insoluble fibre if broken down enough.
