Got Galaxy s5. Read and help

My mom is offering to pay for the new Galaxy s5 I got. I feel like it's a lot of money and I don't deserve it. It's such a great phone I would be ok with something cheaper I think. What should I do? But then I'd have to pay a restocking fee.  WHat should i do??

Decide if it is worth the money or not. High end phones often carry a huge premium.

Maybe you could get by with a midrange. I got a midrange samsung galaxy, does everything I need, and lots I dont.
