LSD lasts 8-12 hours regardless of dose. No such thing as a 3 day trip, that is just what you thought would happen when you made up this story. Same with Chinacat when he made up the fingerprint story.

Puddling doesn't work, LSD doesn't' absorb thru your skin.
Even though none of you are ever going to do a fingerprint you need to consider these stories are all bullshit and taking a dose like that may be dangerous. It's really not something to idealize considering Chinacat just made this shit up and you guys are looking up to him like a bunch of fanboys. Only fingerprint story I believe is Shuligan's assistant who licked the spoon thinking it was something else. Pretty sure if that trip lasted 3 days he would have mentioned that too instead of just how it tasted.

So are you implying if you were "puddled" you couldn't simply swallow/ slurp what was in/ on your hand? Also if you take enough of anything your body needs longer to process it, there are many, many accounts of trips lasting well over the 8-12 hour period. What experience do you have that allows you to make those statements? Judging from what you said I will assume you have never been puddled. Lastly how is licking a spoon a "fingerprint".

This is the only spoon story I could find, from the autobiography of some Hollingshead: A Lovin' Spoonful - is that the guy you were talking about, my3rdeye?
Pretty interesting read

That's very wrong. Once you get up over 800-1000mics, I would say each 100mics adds 1-2hours. 2mg+ is pretty much a whole day.

Puddling definitely works. Though I have a different definition of it than my3rdeye. I always took my puddles straight from the dropper into my mouth. Puddling just means eating a puddle of LSD liquid. I had ~ a half vial of liquid, 100 mics of fluff per drop, spilled on my skin during an accident, and it had no effect. Granted I was already high, and on the comedown, but still.....not even a duration increase. That's just my personal experience.
I've never eaten a thumbprint, but I know people who have, and not just chinacat, and I trust their word. They've given me no reason not to. The most I've ever eaten without a tolerance was around 3 milligrams, and I've eaten 1 + milligram many times. At those doses the duration of the experience was not extended anymore then that of 300 mics; the onset was quicker, the effects more intense, and the comedown far more intense & visual than it would be at lower doses. But the entire duration of the experience was not extended. I feel different until I get some sleep, regardless of the dose. If I eat 200 mics at 10 PM, I'll still be feeling different at 8 PM the next day. That's the afterglow combined with sleep deprivation, cause I would just stay up. Eating LSD on a regular basis meant that I had a permanent afterglow going. Afterglows last a week or more for me. Eat L at least once a week, and that becomes a continuous state until I take a break. I had mild visual effects going all the time during that period of my life. For someone who has never eaten 50-100 milligrams of LSD to say that it's impossible for it to last longer is ridiculous. There's no experience to back that statement up. To me it makes sense, though I'd put forth the argument that the extended duration is the afterglow, that happens to be ramped up far more intensely due to the massive dose of LSD. Even conventional doses of LSD require two days for me; one to prepare for the journey, plus the journey itself, and the next to recover, reflect, and rest. I feel an afterglow for a week at least, if not more....this from 150-300 mics.
My first psychedelic experience I ate between 3-4 hits of potent blotter. I can say now, with retrospect of experience, that the dosage was somewhere around 300 mics. That experience was truly life-changing, and I was left stunned & speechless for a couple days afterwards. Then a flood of excitement kicked in that lasted for weeks. Imagine eating 50-100 milligrams, and how the reentry from that would play out. If you want to get more scientific about it, consider the fact that a dose of that magnitude leading to a manic state is not out of the question.

Getting puddled is a term for eating a lot of LSD, usually liquid. Has nothing to do with it absorbing through your skin.

I have no idea. Wasn't paying attention. Dropperful here, dropperful there....run into someone; "stick out your tongue" fresh blotter enters the mouth. Keep on walking, run into someone else with jungle juice that has 1/10th of silver mixed in; "hey brother take a swig." - average day on tour. Bear in mind that I also had a huge tolerance at the time. I can't imagine doing that anymore. 200-300mics can provide all that I'm looking for, and I wouldn't go above that anymore......nor would I want to do even that more than once in a blue moon.

I want to hear some stories about people who are dosing like that, but instead of being at shows, going on with their normal life.
Or like completing some task or objective that involved linear thinking.

That was a long time ago. Not chinacat era, but still......several years back. There was an unbelievable amount of LSD. Distribution was an issue, similarly as it is now.....as in some folks can't find it anywhere & don't even believe it still exists, but there was tons of it....and there still is. It was flowing like water, so naturally we all ate it like candy, and made sure that it got out there for others to experience it. Things were a lot different then compared to old days of Dead tour though, and probably always will be. The ethics took a nose dive. I still like to dose from time to time, but I leave it at that. Gotta give kudos to those in charge over the past couple of years, cause they really turned it around. When I left I was real dissatisfied with the state of things. Progress has been made though, and I'm happy about that. Now if only the prices can come down to make it easier to compete with those slinging RCs as L & other desirable substances. That's up to those of you reading this that are still involved or looking to get involved though. I'm done with it.
