I know. It totally defeats the purpose of a healthy snack, but I throw a few in there anyway.

Isn't there some type of chocolate that is good for you? I guess I could switch the M&M's out for that.

You gotta remember M&Ms arent chocolate, its first and foremost a sugar & additives bomb.

The healthiest form of chocolate is raw cocoa nibs.  It takes a bit to get used to it but then youll never want prepared chocolate anymore. Its super healthy, super tasty and provides a sweet theobromine lift.

I warn you though, if you are compulsive about chocolate these things are like crack.  Its all the goodness of chocolate in highly concentrated natural form.

People have been known to quit coffee and substitute with raw cocoa nibs.

So. Fucking. Good. There's a spot in San Francisco called Los Coyotes that makes the most bomb California burritos. So unhealthy though.

For healthy snacks, fresh pineapple is a gift from god. I also love salads. Throw some chicken in there, ground pepper, croutons, and some italian dressing is bomb. Easy to make unhealthy if you use to much salad dressing though.

Fruit salad. Bananas are pretty good for when I'm pretty hungry, too. Trail mix, dried apricots, vegetables and hummous.
Big fan of yogurt and fruit smoothies.

I have a thing for chickpeas in general, I could probably eat nothing but chickpeas for the rest of my life if I had to.

Oh and popsicles. Especially when you're high and have cottonmouth.

I'm a big fan of coconut things, so I gravitate towards coconut popsicles. Super easy to make yourself too
