only thing with grapes is they're a little higher in sugar (in comparison to other fruit)..natural shit and fine in moderation, but something you should keep in mind.

Keilbassa and kimche sandwhiches with wassabi and mustard. Look at it this way you get it all vitamins minerals fiber fats proteins carbs the whole 9 yards in 1 tasty sandwich. Can't beat that. And it's way more tasty than nuts and apples. :manofapproval:

I found some organic dark chocolate it's pretty good

compared to all the other stuff like that it's not bad at all

cut up a apple put it in a zip lock bag

squeeze some lemon on it

add some cinnamon and shake it up

that's one of the only useful things I learned at school it's really good and smells good

Sunflower seeds (all flavors)
Plain tart frozen yogurt with almonds and mochi balls
Granola in yogurt
Raw carrots and broccolini with ranch dressing
Raw nuts (I don't like them toasted, only raw)
Tropical or exotic fruits of any kind (mango, papaya, tangerine, pomegranate, Japanese summer grapes, etc.)
Pasta salad with lots of cheese and olives
Toasted mochi
Carpaccio
Sashimi
Ankimo (monkfish liver)
Pickled herring
Sundried tomatoes
Raw oysters and raw clams

Cheese doesn't count as healthy does it? Seems the fat content is too high... but if it's not, then manchego and prosciutto, brie and apple, gorgonzola and honey.

I am also unsure whether tapioca or almond tofu are healthy for you, but it does seem to be a much healthier dessert choice than ice cream and cake and cookies.

Also this might sound weird but frog legs and alligator is actually healthy for you, it's high in protein but has way less fat than chicken. Same with tofu, high protein, no fat.

There's also this Korean beef broth called yook soo, and it's served from a tea pot and you drink it out of a tea cup. Delicious, best broth I've ever had.

There's also this small side dish called kognamul which is marinated bean sprouts.

There's also this Japanese broth called dobin mushi, which is brewed out of the matsutake mushroom. My favorite vegetable broth:

I'm usually fond of a well made trail mix.

Random nuts, raisins, maybe a couple of M&M's or something to spice it up. It works well when you buy them all in bulk and just mix them together.
