benzos and caffeine?

Just took a nice dose of klonopin but don't want to be too drowsy and fall asleep especially when I'm about to smoke marijuana. Should I drink a cup of coffee? Not too much. Just enough for a little pep. Or do you think this will negate some of the effects of the clonazepam?

I mix klonopin with coffee all the time, sometimes mix it with redbull at high doses. You'll be fine OP.

I am prescribed Klonopin. The doctor never told me to avoid caffeine. Just alcohol -- at all costs.

Oh its all ok i took xanax and hot coffee all the time in the morning. I let the pill melt under my tongue then drink the coffee had a great effect. Pins should work the same.

well I drank a 40oz of high gravity malt liquor and didn't drink the coffee. I am prescribed klonopin. My psch never said avoid alcohol. The bottle says "may intensify effects" but I'm not driving and I have no responsibilities now. Haters gonna hate. :paranoid:

Well coffee effects the adrenal glands and causes it to release stress hormones but yeah I mean I use to take xanax and klonos all the time in the morning and drink coffee and still feel the effects just fine, so IME, you're good to go

jk, dont do the liquor but cofee is good.

kpins are more of the drowsy benzo, imo, so yeah, if i take one three many kpins im going to sleep, whereas if i take one three many of any other benzo, i get this strange energy, even if i don't remember what i did with it all.
