what to do after harvest.

Just harvested of casing. There are hundreds of pins/abhorts (I can't tell which) all over. I haven't patched the places where some verm/coir was pulled up with fruitbodies because my dog wasn't sure what to do with those little guys. Should I get a sharp sterile knife? The whole casing layer would probably get removed then. It is a tazmanian strain which I heard kind of continually flushed. Any thoughts?

it is straw and poo. Could I just fill the tubberware with water and weight it down to keep it submerged and the just tilt it to dreain the water out.

There is not much point in dunking a casing, that?s why you have a casing layer to provide water.....

why not?
i have a casing that was dunked and recased.
i figure if you recase then incubate the old myc starts growing new stuff then you put it in the chamber again.
mines coming thru again,it seems it can go on forever as long as there is room to case in the tub.
have yo done this before?
does the flushes get smaller each case or something?
