Morning all. I randomly ended up with today off from work. Pretty awesome if you asked me! Looks to be a nice day. About to have some cereal and coffee and maybe a bonghit.

You an me both man.  Been working these contracting jobs (thank the universe for work) all week and my arches in my feet are killing me from standing on concrete all day.  But I randomly got off today, I'm gonna miss my girl, she's finally got a full-time gig.

Doing my morning coffee/weed/etiz lineup listening to Floyd.

Just woke up to a phone call for a job interview.
It's with the job I really want too!

It had been over a week since I turned in my application there, so I was starting to lose hope.

By some miracle, I woke up a few minutes before I got the call so I didn't sound groggy as hell.

Have to go in for the interview here in a few hours.

It's a full time position traveling between various clients and taking care of their indoor office plants. Comes with benefits, 40 hours a week, but I'd work 10 hour shifts so it'd only be four days per week.
Soooo not only will I finally have my weekends back, but I'll also have three day weekends.

Considering that I've been working retail now for way too long, I absolutely cannot wait to get weekends off again.

And I'll be getting paid three dollars more an hour, and I'll actually be getting more than twenty hours a week unlike my current employer who has been dicking me around on that. :nonono:


Sooo I'm pretty excited for that.
However, I do have a slight headache from a hangover so I need to fix that first.

If it does, then it will be incredible timing!
Just found a room that is about to be vacant at a house close by that some of my friends live in. $500 a month with bills and it's in a upper middle class neighborhood.
I was bummed for a while because I wouldn't be able to afford it with my current job, but if I get this new job then I'll be moving in there within the month!

i slept in way too late somehow. happens atleast once a week, oh well. it's a rainy day and i have to go to work in a lil bit. might ride my bike in if the rain subsides. cheers
