There must be a legitimate medical reason for these pumps. Because I know cosmetic surgery isn't covered by insurance or medical unless you have a medical reason for it. Like you broke your jaw or can't breathe out your nose and it needs to be restructured.

Well they'll give you an instant boner. All that suction down there must flood your dick with blood. As for making it bigger.. I don't know. But I do recall listening to Dr. Drew on loveline when I was younger and hearing him say that the only way to make your dick bigger is to have a tendon surgically cut and then stretching it out with weights. I think you can gain an inch or two that way, but it's got to be at the expense or girth.

Hmm I have Obama care now and it says in no way is ED covered . I smell bullshit.

I was forced into Medicaid by Obama because I am a full time student and only work part time. So hold up on the scum bag talk. I will post the paperwork saying as much after dinner and my shower.

That's the only caveat. You have to be over 65 to get the free penis pumps and boner pills.

The Republican platform: using government welfare to help poor people get their kids to a doctor is destroying our country, but using government welfare to give old people boners is as American as apple pie. flawless logic.

I never said it was a Republican idea. In fact they vehemently opposed it. They called it socialist. They said it would bankrupt the government, and destroy the country. But once it was in place people really liked it. (kind of an interesting historical parallel could be drawn here between the debates over medicare and obamacare, just sayin) It is one of the most popular government programs. Every politician supports it. Republicans might occasionally make noise about privatizing medicare, but actually following through on that would be political suicide. So that leaves them in the awkward position of opposing medicaid welfare, but supporting medicare welfare. I guess old people turn out to vote, and donate money, more than poor people.
