Sometimes I "grab" my dick. It's frustrating when you can't find a comfortable spot for it to rest so you try to adjust it constantly in vain all while trying to remain nonchalant about it.

I think it may not be as uncommon as you might think for some women to go for these kinds of arrangements. The woman who lives next door to me seems to always end up dating guys who come to do work on her house. Then there's the guy from the used car dealership who cuts her deals when she totals her latest car or bails her out when she can't pay her mortgage, etc etc.

Ok I really didn't want to put this out there buuuuuut since I called him a sex offender (you assumed that because I didn't say he was) since this was posted he has called his cousin who knows me and tried to get my number, his cousin (D) wouldn't give it to him, so the neighbor guy makes up a story about a water leak to get my number and D still wouldn't give it to him. D calls me to tell me what's going on and advises me against talking to the neighbor because several females have had restraining orders on him. D also says his cousin sells meth and is a shady guy to begin with and messing with him is trouble. Besides the meth thing I think the fact that "several" girls have felt it necessary to take legal action because of his creepy is enough for me to be suspicious....I am a single female, I live alone and I am being cautious

Nope, thats not uncommon at all, but its rude as fuck and seriously degrading for women, who already have to deal with sexism in every nook and cranny of society.

If I had a greatlooking and generally awesome neighbor who offered to suck my dick in exchange for landscaping my garden I'd be all for it but thats cause Im a privileged male who can brush off sexist objectification as it doesnt really adversely affects me throughout society.
