what I learned over the years,  what goes around comes around.  Later in life you may run into these guys again.  maybe next week, maybe next 5 years.  but it will most likely happen.

you learned something from this, you are more aware of what to look out for in people.  that is not a bad thing at all.  and shit like that constantly happens throughout life.  Dont forget about what they did.  But dont hold a grudge either.  no point holding a grudge or anger towards them cause that will only make you more depressed.

What helped me was getting a punching bag.  I used it to get out my anger and as a side effect I got more confident and in shape.  Now I just dont even get into those situations.

I could find out where they live easily enough but if I rolled by with a vodka bomb it would be pretty obvious it was me afterwards I think.

I should know better but trust is just HUGE for me. I'm always lending people things and not getting it back, but sociopathy this blatant has really negatively affected me I think.

Not falling into another deep depressive episode right now will be an extremely uphill struggle for me.

What I meant is their mums must have unbearable personalities. Although I could snort a stimulant and beat that shit up for hours that would be a story.
