Anyone want to help me fix my galaxy S3

So I have a galaxy s3. Its currently stuck on the boot logo. Its running cyanogen mod. The issue started when I tried to password encrypt my phone, and it stayed stuck. Now its stuck on booting. I just want it completely restored. factory reseting it through clockwork mod isnt working...

hold the power button till off! Then hold the power button till it comes on if it doesnt work still hold power button and both of the volume button down at the same time then when the boot screen appears volume button is up and down and power button is select pick restor factory default and wa la magic!

I'm pretty sure if he is running a custom rom, there will be no way to reset it to factory settings, as you replaced the factory rom.

Agreed!!! You would need to download origonal software and reinstall via usb port then.

just to clarify, on the S3 the recovery buttons are (once turned off) POWER+HOME+VOLUME UP

It has already been pointed out, with a custom rom, it is impossible for him to do this and get factory rom. As it has been replaced. It may or may not reset the cyogen rom. But wont give factory rom back.
