He is almost certainly having a partial orgasm.

OP "precum" comes out basically constantly when you are hard.  It is used as a sexual lubricant exactly like a girl getting wet.  What you are doing is having a partial orgasm.  You need to work on your kegel strength and technique before you try for MMO.

I want to have that too ^^ I know it only as a sign that my body really wants that woman I'm seeing (on a level of biochemistry or when certain especially attractive proportions or traits of character are involved) and then secretion begins even when no sex is involved.
Sometimes it doesn't even take a full erection, but that is rather seldom.
It would be nice to have that more often.
