I've seen worse. As long as there isn't a name on it its fine and he can always just say its a beautiful woman tatoo, which is true. When people add someone's specific name to a tatoo it seems to doom things or need removed later. As far as tattoos go, I see nothing wrong with that one. A pretty woman is honestly not a bad choice imo, of course I have no tattoos and don't want any, but if I did I think a beautiful woman would be a good way to go.
