i need to hurt him, he is a piece of shit n gets away with fuckin everything

Did you deserve it? Most of the time people deserve it when they get punched in the face.

I don't see how he would deserve it unless he was attacking someone.

Why don't you just tell us what you did to get punched in the face.

Then we can decide on a proper vengeful act.

A lot of people deserve to be punched in the face when they're not attacking anyone. Physical violence is not the only thing that can make a punch on the face appropriate.

i like to sing/rap, the fact that i have tmj, or something going on n is preventing me from doing the thing i love most at a fast pace. which is what im truly fucking pissed off about, i lifted my depression from music, n now if this pain isn't curable, payback is goingto be incurable.

also, i was on the fuckin phone n got suckerpunched cause my senile grandpa(who everyone knows is senile) said get off the phone, n i said five minutes, n he grabbed me n pushed me so i said, dont fucking touch me, n then my brother got up n said why you disrespecting grandpa(even tho everyone else knows my g-pa is crazy) n in m face while i was on the phone n iwas ignornin him so i got suckerpunched. thats what happened, n plenty of people can verify it. my brother was on a mission to hurt me cause he is a piece of fuckin shit, one of the biggest pieces of shits i fuckin know

what are the chances i can still sue him? this happened actually during the summer i think, i gotta find the exact date

I can tell you're the kind of person who deserved it. You're talking about suing your own family member. You're definatly the kind of person who deserves a busted jaw or broken nose. I can tell. You just strike me as a person who irritates other people to the point you deserve to be hit in the face for it.

You probably would have a case then I'm guessing. If he's broke then it might be pretty pointless though.

All the same, you are the one talking about suing his own family. You are the one that wouldn't fist fight his brother. You are the one plotting revenge when you should just have a fist fight and get it out of both your systems. Be a man about it for heaven sake instead of planning this back stabbing stuff.

Dude melt harder.

I bet nobody in your family loves you anyway. Maybe your parents just told your brother to give you what they didn't the whole 15 years of your life.

At least your sister's boyfriend feels sympathy for your glass jaw.

I wouldn't be in your situation. Me and my brother fought. We fucked each other up good when we deserved it.

Why so pussy? Boo hoo your jaw hurts, amazon.com for some bandaids or toilet paper for your sore ass.

I bet you kind of deserved it. I'd beat his ass just to tell him not ever think about sucker punching me again. But since you need a bat to beat his ass, I take you can't beat his ass with your fists. So either forget about it or do something clever.

Like give him AIDS.

(don't really do that)

Just next time he's sleeping go up and start beating his face in.

My brothers and I have rules, because we know if we all started cold cocking each other life would have been terrible. You probably don't live with your brother but the law won't get involved so just go whoop his ass. Really the only way to deal with this kind of thing, assuming you won't call the police on your brother. Which I for one applaud

So you're talking about suing your family or brutally smashing his knees with a baseball bat?

And over what? For getting clocked when you obviously deserved it. Fight him man to man if you're not really the coward. And if you don't want to fight him let it go and forget about this stupid baseball bat thing because that really extreme like something a horrible enemy deserves not your own brother.
