temp question

hi,

i have 2 possibilities for storing incubated jars :

a) at 71.6 F?
b) every 5 minutes going up from 74.1 F? to 79 F? and then down again

what would you say is better ?
constant but low or changing but nearer to optimum of 76 F? ?

Since the optimum temp for incubating cubies is actually 85F I'd say option B.

yeah i'm with Dog on this one and when the temps go up and down it has been noted to speed up growth of Mycelium

2. question is if it would also be okay to grow them like this ( i mean after incubation)....

cause i heard its not so good if temp changes like that
