Yeah, but the theme button is already too wide for some themes.
I need to find a more "out of the way" place for it.
Maybe make the button a tiny box with the list popping up to the side somewhere.

It looks good on my browser, but I stick to mostly Deluvian Blue or Green.  The dropdown functions nicely also.  You could even remove it from there and put it at the bottom of the page in the table with the forum search fields/buttons.  I imagine it working/looking similar to the dropdown/button search on the lower right-hand side of the page.

The items at the bottom of the page are specific to the page you are currently viewing.
The Theme selector is more of a global item, which is why it's in the top section.

Can't you just make it auto-save when you select a theme and start posting/navigating the forum with it?

I figured the same, but I think it would be cool to have just a single button or checkbox next to the themes dropdown that says "save this theme as default" or something to that effect.

Find me a better spot for the button and checkbox.
Right now, it's current location isn't that great.

I don't have moods enabled so it looks a little odd on my global toolbar area but honestly I think it's the best location for it and it doesn't look bad if you do have moods enabled.  Why not just a small checkbox next to that with the word "Save," which would function in an obvious way.  Otherwise, it could just let you preview new themes without saving them and work as it does presently.

Yeah it'd be better if it snapped to the left with moods disabled.
I think being so bold makes it stands out more, the moods box is sleeker looking and blends in better.

If i still wasn't happy after playing around i'd stick it on the account page on the right
