well guys. Whata ya think? it's only on three axis', I figured Id start small and work up to more. it's scAry as Fuck when I turn the lathe up in an off center part. the whole machine and table violently shakes!!:eek:
this thing hits like a fuckin Champ!!

well I didn't really start with a plan. I just kinda started cutting and that's what cumd out:shrug:
I can replicate that bowl so I'll have to do that design on another piece:thumbup:
and i really do apreciate your critisism! "the chamber is like WTF?":lol: looks like a dogs cock!
I did gain some good experience on this one though. I can better understand how I need to offset the work piece to obtain a certain result. there's alot to learn about all this off center shit

oh so youre making videos now :bubbles:    unfortunately I will not be competing with that... errr.

I've got a pretty sweet idea or two for a pipe when I get back from vacation, but I dont think I have a good piece of wood for it.. ill have to try to dry some pieces while im away. oh and if you do get into making videos This Guy makes the best turning videos I think. his style of 8x speed makes watching the videos much better than 1x speed.

well i'm making stacks of dough as a bitcoin broker (btw no fee for shroomery members), and its quite fun and making more $$ than i have at any job... probably going to buy that small lathe, there is another one like that for 180 i think...

so during my ban I got quite a few things done! here's a cedar bowl I made, turned out great!! 





also I decided to make a tool bench, since it was dangerous keeping all my tools directly behind the lathe..
