Yeah I have a friend who said this video is overly dramatic.
He had been force fed at an asylum when he refused to eat.
He said the sensation is pretty uncomfortable, but it's not actually that painful.
He said if you've ever put heroin up your nose, it burns a lot worse.

Guantanamo, we saw a washed up rapper turned islamic propagandist
get a feeding tube stuck in his nose, nothing from inside of Guantanamo

let's assume for a moment that the context of the video is legit, that
there's a hunger strike at the gitmo camp, lets say for the sake of
argument that those detainees are allowed to have their strike and they
start dying, then what, you fuckers are outraged because they were allowed
to die, you call it murder because they werent force fed

i want our POW's in there for committing or enabling someone else to commit acts of war against our country, and nothing else. there should be some process by which those actors of war should be able to be determined beyond a reasonable doubt, and however we're doing it now - by military tribunal if i'm not mistaken - doesn't seem to be working. i can't recall the details at the moment but i think npr did a story on a guy who is a u.s. citizen getting thrown in there for being remotely connected to terrorist cells in dallas via his business and he never even knew what was going on until they were kicking his door down. he was hardly an islamist sympathizer, he was just a business man. if i remember correctly he spent three or four years in gitmo for fucking nothing. there is something wrong with you if you can make peace with our government doing this to innocent people.

moreover i don't think it's acceptable for our POW's to be mistreated in any way, shape or form. it does us no good politically or ethically to permit such mistreatment. i don't know what a better solution than force feeding them is, but i know the way things are now cannot be good for anyone.
