Seems like any method of force feeding is going to be pretty invasive and unpleasant. Probably about the most humane would be an NG tube inserted under sedation.

People who are saying this is fake and that he is being over dramatic, Let me point out why it's not.

1. You can clearly see through some parts of the video that he is in extreme pain.

2. One part being where tears actually come out of his eyes as they are putting the tube in.

3. When his feet curl up early in the video.

4. Had it done. It was one of the worst pains i've ever felt in my life. And I was on 2400mgs of DXM

Also, the tube was in because when they pull it out, you can clearly see they pulled out at least 10 inches of tube.

Was it going in or out worse?

I've had one pulled out and it was very painful, but I still think he was being  over dramatic. Yes he was clearly in a lot of pain, but it was still dramatized.

When they start pulling it out it appears to hurt worse. Did you see his body? It was as stiff as a board. When they pushed his body down, that's when they starting pulling it out and he was clearly in lots of pain. Notice his moans. I've seen many death videos of people being tortured and it sounds similar to way he was behaving.

He was being geniune when he was begging them to stop. I was the same way. I was bawling like a baby and told them, "I'll do anything you want, just PLEASE don't stick that tube up my nose again." So they gave me charcoal and I drank it.

BUT I DO THINK A SMALL PART OF IT WAS ACTING....however there is a point in that video when he freaks out and says "its me i want out seriously this is me talking" or something along those lines

i think he was supposed to make it a bit dramatic at the beginning but at the end no fucking way was he acting.
