I've never had one performed on myself, but I have seen it done irl.  They aren't as pleasant as the video I posted, but let's be honest; Mos Def is acting.  If the prisoners don't want to eat, then don't force them to.  Better yet, give them a proper trial under US code on US soil.  what's the question again?

It may not be pleasant, but an NG tube is a fairly common procedure done all the time at healthcare facilities to feed patients and to suction out their stomachs. I don't particularly see this as some extreme measure of torture, even if it is forced.
