mind connection with animals while tripping

has ne one else experienced a mind connection with animals while ur tripping? ive had many cats over the past couple of years .and they always know when im tripping, they will crouch down and or run and hide when they see me, or they will just leave me alone completly. right now i have 2 young cats (there my moms. all the cats have been my moms). when im having a bad trip they will start crying (meowing loud continuously) and running around the house as if lookin for someone to help and then when i go to get them theyll stop and ill kinda be brought back to reality. and u know when the trip is just about over and u get that universal understanding feeling, and u feel like a new person? when im in that mode, the cats listen to me, ill say one of there names in a normal voiceand ill tell that one to go to a spot and that one will do it, ill tell that one to come over here in a normal voice that one will come, they might run outside and and when that happens they dont give a fuk wat ne one has to say they run off and do watever they do, but ill say one of there names and ill say come on in a normal voice as i turn to go into the house and theyll run and follow me. i just feel like when im tripping the cats and i know wat eachother is thinking. ne one else have things like this happen to them?

Aaah my old cat, the Gods have it's little soul..

Nights of cutting-edge tripping on the sofa with my fellow Voyagers. No music, no lights on, Just the moon from the window to light us.. My little beastie would tend to go outside when the Tripping went on. Having the luxury of a cat door he would drop by every half-hour or so to check up on us.

A friend stared at a blank wall. Suddenly the cat's eyes shot to where he was looking and he fluffed up in a defensive posture, without the guy seeing it. Shortly thereafter the guy came apart for an hour or so from the drama unfolding on that wall.

But when the Trip reached rapturous hights.. He would jump from lap to lap rolling around in rapture too, completely on a Cosmic Lovetrip togeter with the bunch of us.

At one time a friend and I were doing a 36 hour Marathon trip to see how much we could take :-) (we were tripping fools back then)
Well.. About at 07:00h we heared this eerie metally sound...
It became clear what it was when the furry feline dragged his catfood bowl in front of us and going "Meeeeeeoooowwww?!" looking at me with a look signaling: "Could you PLEASE get off of your cloud and FEED ME?!" Well we rolled over the floor laughing and he got a can of salmon (a real treat for him)as a reward!

My new cat has yet to see the glorious hights of Tripping. I do know for certain there is a communication thing going on that goes beyond what most people think can go on in that walnut-sized brain of a cat. I think if we found out what a cat or dog knows, we might be awestruck by the Divinity of Nature.

the lack/decrease? of ego and altered perception of time seems to assist in "connecting" with pets/animals

animals are the shit whenever intoxicated, its as if they know you are intoxicated and are more friendly and playful, as if they know they are a trip toy, except when im drunk, than my god damn dogs just run away.

your mom too? i think my moms had like 5 cats in the past 4 years. they start out as indoor cats and she ends up feeling bad and letting them outside, where after a few weeks/months they get eaten.

As for the connection with animals, my cats always take off when im tripping. The 2 we have now are indoor cats (for now) and one trip i was paranoid that they got outside so i walked around my house looking for them, but couldnt find them. Then i notice that later on when im coming down they come back out and will come sit with me when im watching tv or a movie or something. Definately weird shit, but defiantely cool

my mom always has kittens in our house because shes a "foster parent"

ive been around kittens when im tripping and i definately felt connected to them or something

but mostly i just like to rub my face in their fuzzy fur

Dude that is so wierd...i have 3 dogs all of which love it when i am tripping, but as soon as i start drinking they all look at me out of the corners of their eyes, and don't like to be around me at all...its so wierd, and i have never hit any of them... so its not like they are scared of me, they just dont like booze i guess. Its quite a trip.

I feel very, very spiritually connected with animals when I am tripping. Especially with mushrooms. Very weird how this world works.

The first time I ever tripped I was with a friend at someone elses house. When I got to the most intense part of the trip the homeowners cat came in and got up in my lap and went nuts wanting to be petted. I have 5 cats of my own and know that cats dont usualy get all up in the face of a total stranger. They may let you pet them but not rubbing their face against yours like this cat was doing. I believe that their is some kind of connection to the natural world that opens up when you take mushrooms and the animals can sense it.

Dogs would do that. If you are tripping your generally lower your ego. So dogs see you as less bossy.
Drinking on the other hand is ego-boosting. And achieves the other effect.

A few times when tripping and my cat has got out of her bed (she only does this when she's hungary) come to where i was sitting, i've picked up my cat, put her on my lap and started patting her. I was extremely happy and stoked by my experience at this time and she was extremely happy as well, she would usually jump off and try to get me to follow her to where she eats her food but she stayed there and stared at me for ages, they also look awsome when your tripping, one time she turned into a scrunched up faced dog like a pug or bulldog but only for a second or so.

One time when I was OD-in' Off 3 1/8ths of PS CYAN My cat wouldn't leave my side. Really wierd. I'd just assumed my guardian angel had taken over my cat's body for tha night...???

It is said that cats are good at warding off evil spirits. Handy to have around when you walk in the spirit world.
