A big and heartfelt "thank you" goes out to those who made the trek to Starkissfest 2013.  A lot was learned, revisions will be made, friends were made, and armadillos were touched.  All in all a great , ime.  Also there is, in the works, an End-of-Summer festivalbeing planned.  For all of those that did not make it out to this one, this is your chance to make amends with the forest spirits and partake with your fellow journeymen and friends you share this crazy universe with.  Send me PM's and I'll start a list to keep you in the loop. AKA, you'll be in the know before anyone else.

Thanks again for everyone who attended, and a special thanks to BlackD0ve420.  I'd more than likely still be crawling back from a 20 mile hike that nearly sunbaked me like a saltine cracker if not for the shade from walking in his shadow.

Everyone had a blast.  Not to mention the beautiful mushrooms and wild life that was found/seen.  Got within around 15 yards of a 10 foot gator.  Seen some of the most beautiful, clean, magical forest I've seen in all of Florida.  There was around a half dozen people that showed up.  Probably the best organized shroomery based gathering that's ever happened, so I'll take it.  You going to try to make it to the end-of-summer follow up fest machinest?  I might even be able to swing out your way to snatch you up.  I'm thinking about doing that California WWOOF thing pretty hard.

so 6 people? im glad you guys had fun but id be a little uncomfortable spending a bunch of time and money to meet up with a few people ive never met

Oza, I was more or less poking the bear in hopes that someone would prove me wrong. :cool:  I really hope it wasn't the most successful shroomery meeting that has ever been organized. lol.  Though, I've been around on here off and on and never seen anyone do anything to get everyone together in the outerweb (real world), so maybe it was :frown: .  That would be sad.

Awesome mantis! :laugh:. Surprisingly we didn't. It would some times look like it would be about to then suddenly mother nature would change her mind and go some where else :shrug:. Thankfully the stars were view able and quite amazing to see.

Hey guys any festival has got to start some where :smile:. I'm just happy to be a part of the beginning [^_^].
