Is it worth the 42 dollar ticket price? Any personal experiences?

I like them but thats a lot of money for a show..

YES!!!!! Sound tribe NEVER has a bad show. Obviously don't spend the money of you can afford it but if you can squeeze it by I would buy the ticket. Everything about their shows is magical. I have seen them about 9 times and I see them every time I have the opportunity.

one of my main concerns is the venue (Louisville Palace)

If its seated room only I am not down with that at all, gotta boggie :vaped:

Ehhh that does suck. There is only a few shows I can really enjoy with assigned seats. I much prefer standing room only and get there super early. Either way man, if you go I hope you have a blast!

I've seen terrible STS9 shows before. Not worth the money imo.

Year? Date? It is hard to believe it was terrible. But I guess I will take your word on it.

Let's see. Nateva 2010 and E-Factory in Philly 2012 was horrible!! Atrocious. Bassist tried to "solo," which I could tell wasn't actual improv or anything, and it sounded horrible. However I did see an awesome Tribe-Lotus co-headline show August 2011 at Festival Pier in Philly, so, maybe they might be good. But for $42, that's your call.
