can you solve a rubiks cube?

mine is 1min 34sec

I can solve it in like 4-5 minutes or so. I only learned the classic algorithm.

My fastest time is like 4 or 5 minutes.

Way faster than me. I haven't tried in a long time but it usually involved a screw driver or something else to pry it all apart.

I can beat that time.
1.Remove stickers.
2.Replace stickers to "solved" position.

if you do it that way you'll never solve it faster than about 2 and a half minutes

a lot of the rubix cube video are shot in reverse,
they start with a solved cube and scramble it

not that I'm saying that's what he did
but I'm always suspicious of these kind of vids

I'm usually pretty good at puzzles, but this is one that's always eluded me.. I can't even get 2 sides done. I'm sure there's some trick or technique in how it's done, but I could never figure it out. This was of course well before the internet, or at least well before I had access to it.

I'm pretty good at taking them apart and putting them back together though.. :lol:

gets boring once you know the algorithm.  i've thought about learning other ways to do it, but 'meh.  people are fascinated enough by this one.



rubicks cubes with pictures are a little more difficult.
