A Few NC photos For Everyone

I unfortunately have not had the time to ID all of these yet. Yall feel free to play the name game if yall want to. I am overly curious about the first species in my line up. It seems to be leaning towards Amanita. Is that correct or am I way off the mark on that one?

Yeah, you got me. Cant penalize a fella for tryin to spice up a dull fungi, can you? If it makes any difference in the matter, I was no more happy about the outcome of the shoot than the grub was.

Upon second look, and from your perspective I DO see the error of my ways in the "dull statement" I stand corrected. It is a perfectly BEAUTIFUL specimen of Stropharia. Definitely would place runner up in any mushroom pageant!
