The named #4 most wanted Nazi war criminal was captured and charged in Germany, at age 93!!!!

This guy was "supposedly" involved in the SS and the terrible acts of 1000's of human lives.


Hans Lipschis says that he was only a "cook".

Perhaps he is not guilty.

Either way, the evidence is overwhelming. How he escaped for so long is beyond investigators. The man was said to have done some terrible crimes to humanity, either known about or conspired to do so.

Is there no justice?

The dudes 93, let him finish his life out. What the fuck is locking up a 93 year old going to help... Regardless of his past crimes, hes about to die anyway.

Locking up 90 year old former low level German soldiers for something they were ordered to do during a war that happened over 70 years ago when they were in their 20s is just about the height of stupidity. It was war, they were soldiers, they had orders, what do you expect them to do, shoot themselves at 20?

"Being a soldier" and "having orders" is the worst fucking excuse I ever heard for committing atrocities.

Last I checked, there was no statute of limitations on mass murder. Plus, the guy might live another ten years, who knows.

Plus, if he was a concentration camp 'soldier', doesn't that mean he would have been SS?  I think it was only SS that manned the concentration camps, and I believe every soldier voluntered for the SS, so he at least did something to suckle closer to the nazi tit.

There were german soldiers who resisted and survived the war.  Its not true that they all had no choice.
