Ive torn a labrum. It sucked dick. That would be pretty terrible for a baseball or basketball, maybe a QB but you can play football hockey golf just fine.  I can throw a football and dunk it but if i got tapped in the slightest it would be torn again. Cant even throw a baseball though that shit sucks.

I dont really know what i was thinking though trying to rank injuries. I just watched that 30 for 30 on Bo Jackson. Hip injury sounds pretty horrible, and i would have thought that would be pretty benign. I guess i just know firsthand how shitty coming back from an ACL or Achilles injury is.

Oh and fuck the lakers and Kobe, i respect him as an athlete but the NBA is so fucking corrupt. Stern picks the winners and losers based on potential ratings, doesn't mean it isnt fun to watch but fuck that crooked ass sport.

Bo suffered that hip injury getting daggered at  a Jamaican dance hall concert in Kingston then faked it on the field.

Well you're quite right. And it did bring Mick Taylor in who was the greatest musician they ever had. But what the hell. Brian had the good sense to die when he was 27. I don't want no fucking 70 year old avatar.

Back to sports. Apparently the no-Kobe  Lakers are still goin to get that last playoff spot.

You can make that argument in all the big money sports. I guess including college.

We all know Jordan got almost every call, and you couldn't hit Gretzky. I don't know shit about all the technicalities of golf rules, but I read yesterday that Tiger's foul would have gotten most golfers disqualified from the tournament.
You're probably right. TV revenue wise. whats the difference between having L.A. or Utah in the playoffs.  $$$

Ya but Basketball and LA Laker basketball especially is tainted as fuck.

anyone remember the Sacramento Kings.....
of course you don't:lolsy:

I dont give a fuck what ESPN tells me. The 2013 Lakers can not beat the Spurs. Either the spurs rested or refs aided ridiculously, either way im calling shenanigans.

Heat are going to win it all anyway a new untouchable dynasty has arisen :cookiemonster:

The other bullshit thing is if it were any other city than LA and maybe New York they would tank their season once their star went down to get draft picks. LA can just steal small market teams superstars when they are better developed when their contracts run out A la Lebron, CP3.  Man i feel bad for the NOLA and Cleveland bros atleast my teams situation isn't nearly that dire.

I think you been drinking. I know I have. So here we go.

I spent 18 years in a college town. And I came to the conclusion that these smaller places breed paranoia in sports fans. It was always a conspiracy theory. The NCAA fucked us over or Iowa fucked us over and ratted us out to the NCAA. Or the Refs were biased for Michigan or Ohio State. So I went back to Chicago and it's just like it always was before. When we suck, you know what we say? We say we suck. Period.

Nobody steals anybody's small market superstars. They pay for them. That's the system we live in. It only feels like they are stealing them if you live in a small market.
Lebron did everything in his power to win a championship in Cleveland, just like Lou Alcindor did in Milwaukee. But Milwaukee obtained Oscar Robertson, won a title, and Lou took off for LA. And the hard feelings weren't that hard, because of the championship. But the Cleveland franchise didn't do enough to put the rest of a team together. What was Lebron supposed to do? Stay in Cleveland after 7 years and just rot there. Just because he had the misfortune of being drafted into a smaller city with inferior management. Lebron had one dick move. That stupid ESPN TV show where he made his free agency announcment.

The Sacramento Kings? They will become the trivia answer for Who did the Seattle Supersonics used to be. Some cities should have professional sports franchises, and some cities can't capatlize on the opportunity and some of them never will.

The Heat are in no way an untouchable dynasty. Until they figure out who the replacement for old ass D Wade is that term can not apply. They could lose this year or any other to OKC. And plenty of other teams that haven't even developed yet, before you use the word dynasty. Jordan/Bulls have 6. Russell Celtics have 11. Ask them how scared they are. The Heat have one. If they they win the next two it's still only a minor dynasty.

And it's not just L.A. or maybe New York that doesn't tanks it for draft picks if their star goes down. All real teams play to win. The Bulls are no real threat without Rose, but they stopped the Heat's streak and they stopped the Knicks streak with other key starters missing as well. And as mediocre as they are, they are definitely goin to the playoffs, mostly because they play defense, which is mostly unknown in the West. Boston wouldn't tank it for draft picks. Tell me which ones would. I bet there's a common pattern.

And as far as Spurs resting their players against L.A. which apparently derailed the Jazz. First, the Spurs are physically beat to shit. Duncan is old and Ginobili is all messed up. Second, Popovitch has already established a record of resting his players whenever he thinks its in the team's long term interest, and he doesn't give a shit how much the NBA fines him for it. It's not some kind of a conspiracy against Utah. Utah should have won more games. How hard is it to come in 8th?

Bingo, it is obviously a :ancientaliens: conspiracy theory but shit some of these fools on here believe in fuckin reptilians and yall are going to gime shit for that lol.

Teams tank it all the time. Goldenstate did it last year. And its not a conspiracy against utah, or cleveland or whoever the fuck. Its jsut they league props up the big names, in college i dont think its so bad. And if you dont think that you are lying to yourself.

Oh and yes i was extremely drunk and it was written at 4 am. Y'all (not you, gair and that other dick) are some hating ass mofuckers. why not just let a bro have some fun instead of always harping on his vibes? And bam the conservative warriors always looking for fights are in here. Jesus smoke some weed and chill the fuck out.  Oh and i know you love dick but why you always gotta be one bro?

I don't like dudes who use awkward, blocky, diction with biblical overtones, thus proving they are are in fact "horid assholes".
