I didn't think it was a very good article, but still thought it was good that they were writing on something positive such as meditation, rather than constantly glorifying tragedies like most of the mainstream media of our country. I hope that meditation continues to become more popular in the Western world. It may not be a life changing experience for everyone, but hopefully it'll pry a few people away from the television for an hour or two a day.
