Making a stencil

does anyone know any site that can turn a picture just black and white,

like literally black and white,
not that camera effect crap.


i tried using stencil sites but they only distort my image!:ffffuuu:

You can use pretty much any photo editing software, even paint.  Just mess with the color settings.  Move the saturation and contrast around until you have nothing but pure black and pure white.  Print that shit out, cut it up, and you have yourself a stencil.

edit: It's been a while but I think you are going to want contrast all the way up and saturation all the way down.
