Glad to hear nothing serious. That was the results of my endoscopy a few years ago. rhoids, and no polyps. I just take probiotics and make sure i eat somewhat balanced. You can't just eat all fruit man, it's gonna make you gassy, and it's gonna cause pain because your stomachs acid levels go up, they all have acids in them, to pretty high degree. Our body has a hard time breaking down cellulose, so it relies on bacteria in our stomachs to break down, and bacteria is what produce gas in digestion. Eat more insoluble fiber mang, body can't even digest it, and not really much bacteria can either. It keeps things running way smoother and keeps them cleaner.. and that's not just newage crap, fiber is good for digestion, soluble and insoluble.
