Orange?

Hey guys and gals..
Has anyone every seen this? The Jar is nicely developing on all sides with think fluffy mycelium. However on the bottom of the jar the substact is mixed with an orange color.
I most likely will toss ths jar but was wondering if anyone had ever seen it or know what may have caused it.

I PF cake all but 4.  This is my second go around...  I got incredible results from 44 cakes and 2 casings.  I love this hobby :smile:
And sometimes I eat on the job :smile: :wink:

Looks like it's contaminated indeed. 1 out of 48 is excellent.
