Brown bag lunch ideas

I recently returned to work after a looooong "vacation". Manual labor of course. U need ideas for cold lunches. I've been taking sandwiches, chips, apples, couple fun size candies, the mini cracker jack boxes, granola bars and cheese crackers. Not all at once but in combinations. Kinda getting boring.

leftovers left in the sun to warm up. dont eat mayo or eat alot of dairy if its really hot out dude that shit will spoil in your guts. i have worked construction all my life for money. its brutal and hard work. i live in fl btw

It's cold as fuck right now 20 in th am and 45 in the afternoon. Sun won't heat anything. I've worked labor in the past but we were at of town and always had a camper and would cook/ nuke.

Buy some Tupperware.
Buy chicken or beef and cook it up area different ways, some salads, fruits,
Nuts, bagels,etc.
Load up some of the Tupperware for a weeks worth and take
In different variations.
Lunch gets to be the same ole thing. but I find keeping with a regular diet rather than eating
Fast food and take out suits me much better. I have IBS due to long term opiate use so I try and monitor what I ingest.

Fuxking giant slice of entenmans chocolate icing cake , chocolate milk of whatever brand and a small pack of double stuf Oreos or chips ahoy.

cold fajitas or a wrap. I like spicy chicken ceaser wraps.
Taco salad, leftover homemade burgers, egg salad sandwich...
