Actually I do use amphetamine about 3 days a week and drink coffee 2 days a week, but I don't think thats the problem. I think everything will just work itself out eventually also stimulants constrict your bladder and your urethra I think, well whatever connects your bladder to your penis.

when i was in middle school i thought that STD's came from any sort of sexual contact or activity. I thought i could give myself AIDs by masturbating and i also thought that the more times i touched myself the more likely it would be to infect myself with something... Anyways when i made this discovery i thought that i was going to die, for sure! I thought that i had given myself a bunch of STD's by now from jerkin off. To everyone laughing at the notion of "pissing out semen," it is possible.  Without regular orgasm and ejaculation, some males basically get congestive prostatitis as the prostate continues to fill with its secretions.  If it swells enough, some males will get nocturnal emissions, but others won't.  The ones who don't tend to get nocturnal emissions may find a significant amount of semen in their urine from time to time, usually in the morning.  No, you do not usually have an orgasm when this occurs.

Dude, take a break from amps, coffee, nicotine, any stimulants. For a few weeks, detox.
Exercise, and get your bloodflow to a healthy circulation level.
