do you not remember your claim that every state gives the book of hunting
regs out to everyone that gets their hunting license?

in georgia they send a limited number out to the stores, after that they
have to be ordered but most hunters dont read the shit from the book or
online. the state holds no responsibility to distribute the info to hunters
any more than the fads have to send you new copies of the law every time
it's updated or a new one is passed

I did open it an read it, in some areas it's legal to use bait for bear,
there's no restrictions on using deer baits for bear hunting, when you're
in the woods you dont know when you've crossed from one zone to the next
and regardless, none of this backs your claim that nugent believes he's

sometimes it's advised to wait a few hours to allow the animal to bleed out
before trying to retrieve it and that includes animals that dont have the
ability to eat you, is there a 100% success rate in trailing blood from a
wounded animal? no, of course there's not, every hunter is 'guilty' of that
if they've been hunting more than once
as for nugent, you keep making these false claims about him believing he's
above the law and yet when a citation is issued he'd dealing with it, he's
not trying to get some republican governor or senator to take care of it,
he's not staging some retarded protest over his DNR tickets, he's also not
hunting without permits or out of season
BTW, can you show us what baits are and arent permitted and in what areas
for the zone that nugent was hunting in when he got his ticket?
