Dunking and Cold Shocking

I can't seem to find a TEK or Faq on how to dunk or cold shock anywhere...can anybody help me out? Thanks.

I found this in the FAQ. You can just replace your cakes in jars w/ water, place them in the fridge overnight and dunk/cold shock more easily.
