It's a Lumix DMC-sz7. Just got it. It has lots of new stuff compared to my old Kodak. I'm loving the ISO 3200 setting because I can take pictures at night with fast shutter speed. It has burst mode, which takes 2,5 or 10 frames per second. Macro mode is crazy, and can get as close as 2inches for mushroom shots. No mushrooms now, but this is a piece of quartz with little crystals of pyrite (fools gold) that is a good example of the macro capabilities. Literally, you see more detail than with a magnifying glass.


With the burst mode, I've been taking pictures where i move from side to side to make some 3D images. I was planning on uploading a bunch of these, but I don't have a way to get them off the camera. You have to use the cross eyed technique. It works pretty well, once you figure out the trick.
