Has anyone gotten Bigger African fruits?

My iguana has been growing out some of the africans that she recieved free from one of the vendors about a 1-1.5 months ago she has noticed the fruits are getting some nice length but the caps are staying small. for example she went to print the first one that opened and it was dime sized, hoping things woiuld get better she waited a few days and when the others opened up they are about the same size. Has anyone fruited this strain yet, and if so are your results about the same? BTW they are on BRF cakes. she knows she should move to casings but this is her first grow and she is taking it step by step just like all the FAQS suggest. thanks in advance.

I just harvasted two cakes this morning. Mine were also rather small. But then again, this was my first grow, and I had small Ecuadors also.

i never get big fruits with cakes.... thats probably why....

hmmm I get big fruits with cakes but I get more aborts then I do when I case

i get huge fruits with cakes. i know im a newbie but there are ways to stress out each cake. when you learn what they like.:) make sure you have a big tub(106qtclear)dollar store. that your fuiting in with 3\4 inch holes in the top. m,aybe two or three. make sure you dunk before fruiting so they rehydrate. or you will get shitty shrooms.double end case so they know where to go. and try to case 3 or four with the dummy casing tek with straight verm. make sure you rehydrate there too. and incubate for atleast a week . you must try different things to succeed.im getting 5-6 dry off each cake now. when i started it was around 1-2. my two cents have a nice weekend.

I believe I have a friend with fruiting african cakes and his fruits were real small on his first flush with brf cakes....

my iguana has good air exchange, she fans 6-8 times a day. she's using the biggest fruiting chamber she could find, i think its an 80 qt sterilite. She dunked and cold shocked at the same time for 14-18 hours. she has 3 inches of perlite, 1.5 inches of water, and a quart jar with H2O2 mix and a air stone for humidification. she also rolled them in verm after birthing. She took the jar lidss and filled them with moist verm for the base and put 1/4-1/2 inch of moiist verm on top of the cakes. She was just wondering if anyone had gotten bigger caps than she was getting.

she forgot to mention she had what seemed like hundreds of pins on each cake(far to many to get a count). i told her this may have something to do with fruit size. would i be correct in assuming this?
