Is there a link on how to make a casing using straw as a casing layer?

No. A casing layer should be non-nutritious; if it's nutritious it's not casing.

Straw can be fruited without casing, however.

If I have a colonized straw can I just leave it to fruit? because in grow logs I seen people case it after it's fully colonized.

You can, but there should be plastic or something (with holes in it) to retain moisture, otherwise it'll dry out.

You'll be much happier with the results if you case your straw substrate. My friend recommends a mixture of coir and verm.

If it's not covered it should be fruited like a cake. If it's covered with plastic, it should hold the moisture -- read RR's straw log tek -- this gives a pretty good description.
