i work in a lab and i work for a very attractive lady. im the head lab tech, if the employees under me get distracted by the boss lady or cant handle their emotions- i fire them. the environment we work in can be extremely dangerous to say the least and all of us want to finish the work day alive and intact. Ive had men that acted like they`ve never seen a pretty lady and were falling all over their selves over her, it was like being around horny 15 year olds, id correct them once and remind them what the protocal of the job was and if they could nt get it together, id fire them. now we have mostly females working there and everything goes alot smoother, i like working around attractive ladies, it makes the day go by easier and gives me something to look forward to every day. it dont distract me from my work, i think it boils down to how "grown up" some one is really.
