Anyone here like a really nice piece of the Good Beef?

Man, I just did a steak up, until it was pink and slightly bloody of filet mignon, about a 1/2 lb piece, fucking outrageously good....so soft it melted in my mouth.  ANyone else like a nice piece of beef?

I like everything from steak to ground beef.....do like my chicken too tho and I even find chicken more delicious BBQ'd than a good cut of steak with the right grilling skills.

Have you had a goat marinated like they do in the philippines?  They take that goat meat and marinate it in lemon juice, garlic, beer, and seven-up!  That shit is good as hell, especially when you are drinking a beer.

this is why you use balsamic vinegar in the marinade... plus come chives, rosemary, parsley, minced garlic, sea salt, crushed pepper and sliced onions (which you can caramelize if you want, then add once the meat is done)...

well I guess I gotta become a brujo, eh makes sense to me since I'm kinda shamanic normally... them rattlesnakes are fricken delicious though, used to catch them for the neighbor who made boots and belts... once he got them skinned he put them on the BBQ and we grubbed down...

I agree fucking rattlesnake is tasty.  If you really want to know how good they taste, wait until your are homeless with nothing but drugs living in the new mexico desert in the summertime.  believe me, you feel like you are living pretty large if you got some bud and rattlesnake to munch on.  :awesomenod:
