Hey could someone tell me what would be the best way to consume hawaiian baby woodrose seeds (i mean with minimal nausea). I would prefer not to do an extraction as i just dont think it would extract all of the LSA... also i cant get "00 capsules"

If you can't buy 00 capsules just buy a bottle of golden seal and empty them out..
Almost all golden seal caps are 00 size...

Aslo my method of preparing of the seeds:

The method I use is run the whole seed under a flame for a few seconds (2-3 seconds). Then scarp off the outer coating all the way down to the seed. Polish the seeds with a damp cloth and let the seeds dry for 30 min. Grind them up to fine powder. Put them in 00 capsules and using this method really helps extremely reduce the 'strychnine effect'. Each cap contains the dose of 3.5 seeds. If your going for a high dose take each cap every 15 min. Make sure your seeds are from one of the Hawaii islands. One cap can be taken and still have a speedy mind bending windy visuals trip.


I believe the 'strychnine effect' contributes to the poison fuzz on the outer layer of the seeds. When I use my method I don't get - sick, leg cramps, unpleasant body loads. If you ever try HBWR try my method to steer clear of an unpleasant experience.
So I think the bad side effects of HBWR is caused the outer layer. I think it also blocks the LSA working some how. The outer layer was evolved so the seeds where not consumed so they could grow. Thus helping its species chances of surviving.
Warning: Seeds outer layer is bad for your brain and very unhealthy. Make sure you run your seeds over a flame for a few secs (2-3 seconds) before scraping beginnings.

Golden seal is a root and if your sick you can take it to get better. Its in the UK.
Go to your local health food store and ask if they have it.

however if i cant find it, is there any other pills i could purchase from the pharmacy that would be of 00 size? (i dont want to order off the internet)

MJ has stated that taking the time to carefully remove the outer shell, and then the white fuzzy later beneath works fine, but mentioned that spending at least a few minutes per seed is necessary.

It's not like any other size of pill will not work. You'd just have to fill up more or less capsules. Any vitamin or supplement in a capsule will work.

you really don't even need the caps...just remove the outer layer of the seeds, powder them in a spice grinder, mix the powder into a glass of orange juice...and drink it down in small sips til it's all ingested.

hey thanks for the replies, and i understand that i dont need the caps or that any size fo caps would do, but the 00 size sound perfect as you can fit 3.5 seeds into one... i would prefer to put the seed powder into capsules though, so does anyone know any actual brands of vitamins etc that do capsules that can be opened so i can replace the vitamin crap with the hbwr?

no. that's just about a threshold dose.
try 6-8 for a first trip.

Killa one cap would make a light trip with some trails I guess but I would go with two... You can ask your local pharmacy if they have any empty 00 sized caps for making your own pills.

keep in mind that i have never tried any psychedelics before, i am hoping to buy some shrooms after i try these so are you sure that two caps wouldnt be too much?

Killa it will be fine if you take two for first time psychedelic experience. :smile:
If your going to take one make sure you smoke alotta herb.
With this drug you can learn so much wisdom from the experience.

At ethnogarden botanicals it says "There are approximately 60-70 seeds in 7g"
