Exactly how legal are Hawaiian Baby Woodrose seeds?

Is it legal to eat Hawaiian Baby Woodrose seeds as long as you don't extract the LSA?

Can you eat them in front of a policeman?

Can you be found tripping on them?

Could a rock singer throw huge amounts of them into the crowd?

they are illegal to consume, but not to have them as plants.LSA is scheduled so im sure they wouldnt let rock stars through them out at a concert.

Ok, cause here's what Erowid says:

" Hawaiian Baby Woodrose is not a controlled plant in the United States. Both the live plants and the seeds are legal to buy sell or possess. Seeds are regularly sold by botanical supply companies. However, it is important to know that one of the chemicals contained in the seeds, LSA, is Schedule III in the U.S. Practically, this means that if an extraction is done on Hawaiian Baby Woodrose seeds, the resulting LSA is illegal to possess. We are unaware of any cases in which an individual has been prosecuted after doing a home extraction of the seeds, although it seems within the realm of possibility. Large scale (especially commercial) extraction of LSA from H.B. Woodrose seeds begins to fall into the realm of "clearly illegal" and would certainly be difficult to defend."


Are you sure it's illegal to just eat them as long as you don't extract the LSA?

why , u afraid of eating them if theyre illegal to consume :wink: They could probably say intent on consuming a controlled substance, but you arent gonna be eating them in front of cops, so im sure theres nothing they can do about it after you already eat them.

I just think it would be great if some pro-psychedelic rock n roll artist passed them out at shows.

Or it would be great if you could set up HBWR stands at rock shows and festivals.

You could turn people on constantly.

that sounds like a good way to get the seeds completly illegal. It would be nice of course, but id rather have them stay leagl for longer than just start exploiting them and making them the new "craze". once it gets a nickname it will be illegal.

Poppy seeds are also not illegal but in answer to your question?

here I am in Hawaii with a bag of pods with three to four seeds in each pod, about ten pounds here in an hour of picking.

A band throwing seeds out on stage, bad news. A band with a following of people who do go from person to person selling unground, 100% legal seeds, a...better idea?

Anything big and public with the words legal high on it will be busted. But a bunch of punk kids offering seeds to people who know who they are, and not really saying much else to people whom dont know, is way less likely to be taken down easily :P

A. nervosa does not have mass appeal nor the potential, and is certainly not something large amounts of people would use at a concert as the psychoactive effects at times include lethargy, nausea, and general physical discomfort. Sure, the psychedelic effects enhance music and other sensory input, but such an experience would best be taken laying in quiet bed with a lover and all your windows open after a day out in nature. Being in a hot sweaty crowd with loud, loud music and few places to chill out and breathe would be so horrible. Comfort is the essential key.

With my first HBWR experience still lingering on...I realize Xochitl speaks the truth. Infact...My trip absolutely exploded into unrealness when i crawled into my bed...which was the BEST thing ever. It was like a new bed...like when you go to a hotel and the sheets are tight as fuck..and you can snuggle with your blankets..and almost feel intimately involved, its so good.

This is so very true. On top of that, Hawaiian Baby Woodrose seeds also taste awful when chewed.

No pain, no gain though. And a well planned HBWR trip is pure GAIN, if you get what I mean. I've had magical, beautiful, stunning moments.
