Century egg. Looks grodie, tastes awesome.


I suppose this doesn't count, because it didn't really taste great (or really taste all that much, at all), but during Oktoberfest we roasted a bunch of pigs at work. I dug out one of the eyeballs and chowed it to fuck with other staff members. Just a texture thing.

Alligator is really good, its kinda like tougher chicken with a "tang" to it. I enjoyed it.

I think that's about the only "exotic" food I've tried. :sad:

the ammonia taste is only right beneath the shell, a quick wash takes care of most of it, in m opinion

also, some are produced better than others, flavor-wise

some are also produced better than others in the manner that they contain large amounts of toxins and heavy metals
