Every time my parents tried to put one of those in my bed as a kid it would piss me off.

those things soak up heat and made me hot at night. :crankey:

Get the denser one, the softer ones tend to let the heaviest part of your body,ie your hips and ass sink into slightly uncomfortable positions.

Right on.  Yeah, I had a crappier 2lb one before.  Seems like the only people who don't like the serta one are fat people who are too fat for it.  Went with #2.  Fuck yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  You really have no idea how much pain I have been in.  Fuck.  :awehigh:

Get this one. Waterproof is important. Messy things can happen in beds (in my case my fucking cat pissed in my bed) and you don't want your nice mattress ruined when these unfortunate occurrences strike.
