Really? Doctors here practically were trying to shove 2mg of alprazolam a day down my throat when I was first diagnosed with very mild GAD. I refused after the first Rx.

I am not underage, im 20

and m not naive about drugs, i quit marijuana for 2 years now and i only drink 2-4 times a week and occasionally (like this instance) take some benzos or opioids if i can find them.

That makes sense tho. No doctor wants a malpractice case against them for prescribing two CNS depressants together.

Although, when the whole "pill mill" boom happened here a few years ago. It was easy enough for just about anyone to walk in, pay cash, and walk out with 60 2mg bars, 240 30mg roxis, and 180 15mg roxis every 27 days. Much has changed since those days tho.

Understandable. I can see why he's so cautious about prescribing me anything. Though, I still wish I was back in the older days...I remember when Xanax was easily prescibed or bought illegally (a friend knows a friend) but nowadays it has all stopped
