Norv Turner should have been fired long ago.

He's a passionless pud.

Reminds me a lot of Wade Phillips as a head coach. His expression never changes no matter what happens on the field. It's like he's planning his grocery shopping list in his head or something.

I mean how long have talented Chargers teams been underperforming??
